About Poker AI Software
Last updated: August 6, 2026
Poker AI Software is an independent guide to the software poker players use to study away from the table — solvers, GTO trainers and hand-analysis tools. We test them, rank them, and explain what each one is actually good for, so you can spend your study time learning instead of comparing feature lists.
Our mission
Serious poker improvement now happens off the table, in study. The tools that support it have multiplied — and so has the marketing around them. Our goal is simple: cut through the noise with clear, honest, hands-on assessments of poker study software, written for players who want to get better rather than for the companies that make the tools.
How we rank
Every tool we cover is assessed against more than 40 criteria across five areas: study depth (solver accuracy, format and stack-depth coverage), learning support (trainer quality, range visualization, feedback), workflow (hand-history review, mobile access, speed), breadth (Hold’em and Omaha, cash and tournament coverage), and accessibility (how usable it is for newer students, language support). Higher scores go to tools that pair genuine solver depth with a study workflow players will actually stick with. You can see the current results on our 2026 ranking.
Editorial independence
Our rankings are editorial opinions, formed through testing. We do not sell placements, and no company can pay to move up the list. Some links on this site may be affiliate links, meaning we could earn a commission if you sign up through them — this never changes a tool’s position or score. If that ever changes, we’ll say so plainly.
A note on responsible study
Everything we cover is framed as off-table study: analysis, training and reviewing your own hands between sessions. We do not endorse or evaluate real-time assistance during live play. Using any tool while a hand is in progress can violate a poker site’s terms and, in some places, the law — that’s on the player to check. Poker is for adults only (18+, or the legal age where you live).
